Hi! I’m Jessica Bragg, assistant coach at Champion Living Fitness! I began my love for fitness and athletes when I chose to become an ATC (Board Certified Athletic Trainer) in 2015. Since then, I have went on to achieve a master’s degree in exercise science and now have become a NASM certified personal trainer! I have worked with athletes from the grade school level on up and exclusively with athletes from the high school level all the way up to the professional level. I have also been specializing in rodeo sports medicine for ~4 years now and have traveled around the USA working rodeos such as Fort Worth, Amarillo, Days of ’76, and all the pro and state rodeos in Nebraska.
I have been an athlete my whole life competing in all sports including rodeo and always knew I could take myself to another level but didn’t quite know how. Athletic training and rodeo sports medicine have been my passion for many years but I always found myself wondering about the other side of training and how to fully prepare the body for competition or whatever the goal it is pushed to accomplish. Here blossomed my love for personal training and a desire to understand how to bring each person to their full potential! Each body is a different puzzle and takes time to figure out, lets figure it out together!
